Aashman Foundation is here with an Internship Opportunity for students.

Aashman Foundation is an NGO working for single income family widows, women empowerment & child
education. We support single-income family widows by supporting them with monthly grocery and currently
we are supporting 1,000 plus such widows across India.

We believe in empowering widows & females. We are teaching them free of beauty parlor courses, patient
care courses, stitching courses, computer courses, and achaar making to make them earn their living.

Lastly, we are running our own schools by the name of Nishulak Pathshala. We have 16 schools in 11
states of India. Where 4,500 + students are taking free education along with moral development and we
provide them the tools for schools.

These are the departments the candidates can apply for:

a) Social Media Marketing -
Duration: 3 months

Eligibility:
They should own an account on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

Work :
Candidates need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about Aashman Foundation, make its voice
reach to masses using social media

b) Sales & Marketing -
Duration: 3 months
Description:
Candidates need to generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands &
individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship
management, etc.

c) HR (Human Resource) -
Duration: 6/9/12 months
Description:
Roles & responsibilities for HR profile:
• Create internship drives on college campuses
• Use online medium to enroll candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirmed interviews with candidates
• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related report's as needed (like training budget by department)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

d) Videographer -
Duration: 30 days
Description:
The conditions are as follows :
1) The person should not be completely a Fresher. Bit experienced is required.
2) Should have a camera. We are not hiring anyone who calls himself or herself a videographer by making
videos on phone.
3) The person should be living in these cities :
- Chandigarh
- Panchkula
- Mohali
- Zirakpur
- kharar
Note: The candidates need to submit a sample of the same.

e) online Event management -
Duration: 3 months
Description:
As it is lockdown currently so the candidates need to generate idea for online events, gather masses, do
events for awareness about Aashman Foundation and various social agendas about the NGO itself,
collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle team etc.

f) Fundraiser -
Duration: 45 days
Description:
The Candidates will have to attract viewers to collect funds for the organization that would help the
organization to provide relief to the people in need.
Eligibility: confident about raising funds.

Task: raise funds in cash or in kind.
The minimum amount to raise is ₹690.

Key Responsibility Area:
1. 1 Day: know what is Aashman Foundation
2. 14 days: Share your Happiness campaign (Register your Happiness with aashman)
3. 11 days: Let's be ready for the red ( sanitary napkins campaign)
4. 10 days: Baal Depression (Providing toys to underprivileged children)
5. 10 days: Milk Bank Campaign (providing milk to fight malnutrition)

g) social service
Duration: 6/9/12 month

b) Requisites

Type of internship (Part-Time/Full Time):
It's a part-time internship specially designed for students. Students can approach their supervisor for leaves
if their exams are near. Students will be given a deadline date within which they have to complete the task
given to them.

This will help the students boost up their resumes. It is a good chance for those who want to help the
unprivileged section of our society, for those who want to ensure that the future of our country is secured.
Students will get the chance of interacting with others which will help to improve their communication skills.
