This document contains two monitoring charts tracking the cardiovascular and muscular resistance training of student Mitch Sulphie M. Cansancio. The cardiovascular chart tracks measurements like waist circumference, height, weight, BMI, target heart rate, peak exercise heart rate, and Borg RPE over a 16 day period with measurements taken at least 5 days per week.
