Jollibee is one of the biggest fast-food chain producers in the Philippines, operating a
community of greater than 1,400 stores. A dominant market chief in the Philippines,
Jollibee enjoys the lion's share of the close-by market that is greater than all the unique
multinational fast food producers in PH combined. With strict adherence to the absolute
enjoyable Jolly Spaghetti amongst one of a form delicious products. Jollibee is a family-
centric manufacturer that promotes household values and togetherness and espouses
anchored on the following: Customer Focus, Speed with Excellence, Humility to Listen
and Learn, Spirit of Family and Fun, and Integrity. This is also embarked on an

which specializes in Asian cuisine; Greenwich, which specializes in pizza, and Red
Ribbon, a bakery chain are among the other quick-service restaurant brands. Burger
King franchise rights in the Philippines are also owned by the group. Jollibee has
affiliates that grow and manage foreign brands such as Yonghe King, Hong Zhuang
Yuan, San Pin Wang, and 12 Hotpot outside of the Philippines. Brunei, China, Hong
Kong, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam
all have restaurants. Dishes made on-site and based on original company recipes are
sold by the chains. The restaurants meet company guidelines and procedures and use
graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Manila, stepped down as Jollibee CEO in
August and was succeeded by his brother Ernesto Tanmantiong. Jollibee Foods Corp.
develops, operates, and franchises fast-food restaurants under the Jollibee brand. Food

The Food Service division manages fast service restaurants and produces food items
for Jollibee Group-owned and franchised QSR locations. The Jollibee Group QSR store
models are franchised by the Franchising segment. The Leasing division primarily
leases store locations to individual franchisees of the Jollibee Group. Tony Tan
Caktiong founded Jollibee Foods in 1975 and is the current CEO. The Leasing division
primarily leases store locations to individual franchisees of the Jollibee Group. Tony Tan

Quality Check, and The Biggest fast-food chain in the Philippines. It is true that Jollibee
has a lot of products to offer, they offer breakfast foods and the usual meals that we buy
in Jollibee, Jollibee is a well-loved brand because even a kid loves to eat at Jollibee and
everyone knows about this company especially here in the Philippines. Jollibee has
good foods to offer and they ensure that the quality of their products is 100% safe to
eat. Jollibee is the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines, according to our research,
Jollibee operates over 1,300 stores nationwide. For the weaknesses part, we have put
there that this fast-food is not preferred by all, some products are high-priced that
cannot be afforded by many people, the brand doesn’t incorporate technology into its
business. This fast food is not preferred by all people because they prefer to eat at the
different fast-food chains as we all know Jollibee has a lot of competitors here in the
Philippines. The products of Jollibee are quite expensive to others and not all people
afford to buy foods from Jollibee and they prefer to eat at their home or buy food from
Carinderia to save money. For the Opportunities, Jollibee has an Online Market, they
have a website so you can order, you can also order at Grab, Food Panda, and they
also have an app called Jollibee Philippines. Jollibee also has stores internationally,
according to our research Jollibee operates in 35 countries with over 5,800 stores
globally. Jollibee is also releasing new food and services to offer for their consumers.
They also get celebrities or influencers to promote their products and services. Lastly,
Threats, Strong Competition from other fast-food brands, Jollibee has a lot of
competitors nationwide like KFC, Mcdonalds, Bonchon, and many more. Increase in not
so healthy living lifestyle because typically fast food is loaded with sodium, calories,
unhealthy fats, has low in nutrients, lack in fruits and vegetables. The SWOT Analysis of
Jollibee helps them to maintain and improve their services. Knowing their strengths and
weaknesses makes their branch succeed. Jollibee is one of the most popular and
largest fast-food chains in the Philippines. They’re making sure that their strengths are
different from their competitors and should focus on improving their weaknesses.
Jollibee has a lot of competitors but they maintain their rank among the other fast-food
chains. On Porter’s part, this is where you indicate your competitors because this part is
the method of analyzing the competition of the business. The threat of the latest
entrants displays how new marketplace gamers impose threats to the present
marketplace gamers. If the enterprise can be worthwhile and boundaries to go into the
enterprise can be low, it'll appeal to extra gamers and hence, the risk of the latest

can develop brand loyalty by creating strong customer relationships. The competitors of

Jollibee can manage it by increasing their customer base. Jollibee creates a unique
taste of their product and satisfies the customers’ wants that’s why they are on top even
there has a lot of competitors. They add different menus for the customers not to get
bored with the food. To tackle the threats of substitutes, Jollibee can emphasize how its
offered services are better than other substitutes. Jollibee is a service type of business.
They can only serve foods according to their menu, like fried chicken, spaghetti, yum
burger, fries, and soft drinks. Substitute products are a threat to every business. Despite
this threat, Jollibee can emphasize how their production of food is different from others.

decrease the dependency on a few suppliers. Jollibee has been competing with the
relationship with suppliers from different regions to lower their bargaining power and to
improve Jollibee’s supply chain efficiency. According to a study, over a year, Jollibee
