    General:
    This confidential quote is exclusively for the use for Center for Professional Development of Public Prosecutors.
    .
     Work order will be issue by the customer for service activation.
     Desired contract period shall be for a minimum one year term.
     The contract is renewable after mutual consultation upon expiry of contract.
    Validity:
     The proposal is valid for 30 Days.
    Payment Terms:

     First months OTC & MRC to be issued in advance along with work order.
     Billing will commence within 7 days after successful deployment and issuance of COA (Certificate of Acceptance).

    Other Terms:

     Services shall only be commissioned when the customer site is ready.


     Cactus will not be responsible for the malfunction/damage of the equipment (supplied by Cactus) if it occurs due Electric power surges &
    fluctuations or inappropriate Earthing /Grounding.

     Provision of the proper Power supply & Earthing / Grounding is the responsibility of the customer and must be provided before equipment
    installation.

    If the proposal is acceptable to you, we suggest you to follow the steps given below, for early activation of your service

    Signing Up:
    Once conditions given in the final proposal like (one time cost and monthly recurring charges & technical issues) above are met, Cactus will need you to
    sign a contract with Cactus for the requested service, below are requirements to proceed with signup process.

    Financial Formalities:

    You will be requested to complete the requisite financial formalities, i.e. advance payment, etc.

    Service Activation:

    We will activate the service as quickly as possible after the financial formalities are completed
