PURIFIED WATER GENERATION

Pre-treatment plays a very important role in efficient and safe operation of the purified water
generation system. The pre-treatment is designed with highest care using conservative design
approach. The raw water pre-treatment units are modular and designed according to incoming water
characteristics.

Our Multigrade sand filtration plants are designed to meet specific requirements of our customers; no
matter what quality of water you use and what your flow rate requirements are, our engineering team is
capable of configuring the same accordingly. From 1000 LPH to 50,000 LPH, we can manufacture and
supply any capacity you need. MGF can be provided individually or as part of a total water treatment
solution.

Typically the pre-treatment also includes a softener for removing monovalent cautions causing hardness
to ensure scale free plant operation. We use uniform particle size resin which gives highest regeneration
efficiency and lowest hardness in outlet water quality. As a standard feature all Softening plants are

supplied with manual mode of operation, however, on request we can supply softening plants with
Automatic mode of operation also.

Ultrafiltration in the pre-treatment ensures a consistent RO Feed water quality of SDI less than 3.0. This
minimises the fouling of RO by particulates and other suspended impurities. The UF used is hollow fine
fibre constructed of either PVDF or modified PES to achieve a very high quality of the filtrate. Typically
we adopt a conservative approach in UF design to ensure a long trouble free operation. An important
feature of our UF provision of online UF membrane integrity test facility which warns of UF fibre
breakage if any. All UF Plants are fully automatic.

We design our purified water generation systems to produce pharmaceutical-grade purified
water in full compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) guidelines
according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency
(EMEA), European Pharmacopoeia (EP), Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP) and the United
States Pharmacopoeia (USP) requirements.

These systems are multi-technology skids encompassing as their central technologies


reverse osmosis and continuous electrodeionisation, programmable logic controller (PLC)
controlled with options for automatic thermal sanitisation or chemical sanitisation.

we are offering a wide spectrum of Multi Column Distillation Plant. This plant is based on
CGMP design and it produces pyrogen free sterile water (W. F. I.) which meets the
requirement of Indian, British & United States Pharmacopoeia. It is available from 50 ltrs/hr
(Lab Model) to 3000 ltrs/hr. The WFI produced by these plants is quite economical due to
low maintenance and low operational cost.

O  Pure Steam Generators. is used to
produce pyrogen free sterile steam for
sterilization. It meets the IP/BP, USP, US FDA standards and is used for sterilization in
fermenters, reactors, pipelines & autoclaves. It is also used for humidification of sterile
area. PW. Water is pre-heated in pre-heaters (2 – 3 Nos) before it passes to the main
column where it gets converted into pure pyrogen free sterile steam by taking heat from
boiler steam at 6 Kg/Cm2 pressure. It is provided with SS control valve for throttling the
steam. Available from 100 Kgs/Hr to 1000 Kgs/Hr.

Cleaning in Place and Sterilizing in Place systems are essential parts of every quality-conscious manufacturing of pharmaceutical
products. Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) are systems designed for automatic cleaning and disinfecting
without major disassembly and assembly work. Additionally, a well designed CIP system will enable you to clean one part of the
plant while other areas continue to produce product. Furthermore, a modern CIP system will not only save money in terms of higher
plant utilization but also due to significant savings in CIP liquid (by recycling cleaning solutions), water (the system is designed to
use the optimum quantity of water) and man-hours.
 
The cleaning can be carried out with automated or manual systems and is a reliable and repeatable process that meets the stringent
hygiene regulations demanded by the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Other benefits of a well designed CIP plant
includes: operator safety (operators are not required to enter tanks and vessels to clean them and potent cleaning materials do not
need to be handled by operators), and downtime (if any) between product runs / product changeover is minimized.

PW storage tank is an essential device in the pharmaceutical industry. The main activities of these
products include the production, storage and distribution of purified water for various uses. Purified water
and water for injection are different and classified according to their physical, chemical and
microbiological properties. We supply one of the widely used WFI storage tanks in the whole of India
and across various pharmaceuticals and hospitals. These storage tanks have the capacity to hold the
purified water at the required temperature.

Our organization is indulged in offering Storage Tank (PW) to our clients. They consist of a type 316L
stainless steel vessel and Standard sanitary clamp-type connections include an outlet connection, inlet
connection, vent connection, pressure gauge connection, upper and lower level connection, temperature
thermo well connection, and a spare connection. An aseptic man way, and a spray ball for interior
CIP/SIP. The vessel and all components are fabricated to the requirements of CGMP& ASME. Custom
fabrication is also available as per client’s requirement.. Interior surfaces are mechanically polished and
