5. WEIGHING
Put a load on the scale pan. The result is ready to read after reaching
equilibrium (signalling diode marked by ).
After reading the result unload the pan. The indication returns to zero. For
two range scales switching between ranges appears automatically while
loading. The scale returns automatically to the first range accuracy after
returning to zero (autozero zone).
Weighing in the second range is signalled by a diode marked – >|2|<. If
after unloading the pan the indication is not zero press →0← key.
5.1. Tarring
For measuring the net mass of a load put a package/container on the pan
and press TARE (the display shows zero the signalling diode T is lit).
5.2. Zeroing
The zeroing range is within 4% of the maximal range around zero. If any
trial of zeroing is performed beyond the zeroing range –Err 2- appears on
the display.

6. GETTING STARTED
In order to adjust the scale for a specific conditions set filters to eliminate
vibrations, possible shocks.
MEDIAN FILTER
This filter is intended to suppress single mechanical shocks. The higher
value of the filter the longer period of stabilisation.
Procedure:
− Press Info key
− You will see the menu of parameters:
Device Parameters
Basic Parameters
Transmission Parameters
Printer
Additional Devices
Program Parameter

− Select the parameters’ group using arrows and press Enter. Press
Esc to leave a function or to reach the higher level of the menu.
Setting parameters:
− Set the cursor using arrows next to Filtr.
− Press Enter.
− You will have a blinking cursor over the parameter value. It means
that the value can be changed. Use arrow keys to change the
value.
− Chose one of the following settings:
1 – very fast
2 – fast
3 – average
4 – slow
− Press Enter to confirm changes.
− Press Esc to leave parameters.

NOTICE:
All values should be inscribed. All skipped values will have prescribed
00 value.
Terminal Address 1 – the same address like in KTP NET software. This
address should characterise the terminal.
List of parameters:

9. PERFORMING CONTROL
Before starting control you must inscribe 4 codes. This way you can
identify:
− Product name
− Operator name
− Batch quantity
− Batch number or density
LED display should indicate zero, otherwise press →0←. Press F1 and
enter an assortment code. Then enter the rest of codes.
F1 – article name
F2 – operator name
F3 – batch quantity
F4 – batch number

9.2. Control with average tare
For this option the sequence of weighing is empty packages then the
products with the packages. The number of sequence of empty packages
(charge) can be set on the level of computer connected with a product.
- 21 -
9.4. Control with different tare values (full/empty)
For this option you can weight gross value of goods and then empty
packages.
This module can check the tare value and save it to the database on the
computer level. This can be possible only when the appropriate option is
set on the computer level.
Procedure:
− complete or terminate the control
− press Spec.
− communication window will be displayed
− Press Enter (start of procedure)
or Esc (leaving module)
- 22 -
− Put subsequent packages on the scale,
− After stabilising press Enter,
− If the average tare is acceptable (standard deviation criterion) you
will see an appropriate message
Before starting control operator must enter his/her own code and a
code describing a product. It can be done by:
− Inscribing,
− Finding in the database KTP NET.
