1. I Pardeep Kumar Gill and a permanent resident of Canada and my wife Monika Waraich is a Canadian
Citizen.

2. We, Pardeep Kumar Gill and Monika Waraich presently own and reside at II-940 Caledon Road.

3. I Pardeep Kumar Gill am currently employed with Galaxy Freightline Inc. as a Truck Driver since June
2014 and my wife Monika Waraich is full time employed with Roots Corporation as a “Table Worker”
since August 25, 2008.

4. We would like to invite my cousin brother MR. HARINDER SINGH and his wife MRS.
VISHALDEEP for a vacation to Canada and spend some family time with us, for 2 to 3 weeks. They
would also like to visit some beautiful place in and around our city and also make some memorable
moments with our family and spend some time with us during their short visit.

5. We undertake to take full responsibility for the costs of their accommodation and all expenses during
their stay in Canada. We shall provide them with food, boarding and lodging costs and any medical
expenses. If required. We further under take to ensure that they will return back their home country
before the expiry of their visa.

6. We, Pradeep Kumar Gill and Monika Waraich further confirm that our family gross income for the tax
year 2018 is CDN $ 92,578.00.

7. We are in good financial standings as we are holding CDN #13,000.00 in our TD Canada Trust
Account. Thus, we have sufficient funds to support their stay in Canada.

8. We further undertake to make sure that they will not become a burden on any social program of the
Municipal, Province of Federal Government of Canada. We also undertake to reimburse the
Government of Canada any expenses that the government may have to incur on them during their stay
in Canada.

9. We also undertake to repatriate them, If required. At our expense and cost.

AND we make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is of the same
force and effect as if make under oath.
