There are three analog line out jacks (Line Out 1, 2 and 3) on most Sound
Blaster cards.
To connect the Home Theater cable from a Sound Blaster card to an home theater A/V
receiver, follow the procedures below. Each connector on the Sound Blaster Home
Theater Cable is both color coded and clearly identified in text with its intended
location.
The 7.1 Sound Blaster cards include Sound Blaster X-Fi, Sound Blaster Audigy
4 Pro, Sound Blaster Audigy 4, and Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. The compatible
speakers are 7.1 speakers such as GigaWorks S750, Creative Inspire T7700,
T7800.
There are 3 analog Line Out jacks on these cards. Line Out 1 is a standard mini
stereo jacks for sending out Front Right and Front Left signals. Line Out 2 and
Line Out 3 are 4-pole mini jacks.
Line Out 2 is configured as: Rear Left, Rear Right, and Side Right
Line Out 3 is configured as: Front Center, Subwoofer, and Side Left

The 6.1 Sound Blaster cards include Sound Blaster Audigy 2. The compatible
speakers are 6.1 speakers such as Creative Inspire T6600.
There are 3 analog Line Out jacks on these cards. Line Out 1 and 2 are standard
mini stereo jacks (3-pole) for sending out Front Right and Front Left, and Rear
Right and Rear Left signals respectively.
Line Out 3 is a 4-pole mini jack for sending out Front Center, Subwoofer, and
Rear Center signals.
The 5.1 Sound Blaster cards include Sound Blaster Audigy, Sound Blaster Live!
5.1, Sound Blaster Audigy LS, Sound Blaster Live! etc. The compatible
speakers are 5.1 speakers from Creative Labs or others.
There are 3 analog Line Out jacks on these cards. All of these jacks are standard
