As per the Decision Making Tree, the following were the results
Description of the
Situation: 1-WAY MDL-P or MDL-D w/ PM – meaning 56 learners will have without online or cellphone interaction between
teacher and learner; interaction thru home visits and/or community learning sessions only. However, they have
printed modules. OR only Modular Distance Learning with digital modules
2-WAY MDL-P or MDL-D w/ PM – meaning 293 learners have online and/or cellphone interaction between teacher
and learner in addition to home visits and/or community learning sessions
2-WAY MDL-P or MDL-D w/ PM or ODL w/ PM meaning 42 learners will undergo Online Distance Learning
As per the Readiness Assessment Tool, the following were the results.
80% is the readiness rating which concern the conduct of orientation on the learners, parents and teachers on the
learning delivery modality of the school as per the beginning assessment is concerned.
20% would account for the Learning Resources coming from the CO, RO and SDO as per the beginning assessment.
There is a need to orient parents and other community stakeholders on their willingness to co-supervise and
monitor the progress of their children.

Identified Needs: NEEDS:
A. NON-LEARNING:
1. Management (school policies, clear expectations, roles, monitoring processes, etc.)
o Monitoring and Evaluation processes specially on the assessment of learning and assessment of the
performance of the teachers on the selected learning delivery modalities as well as the Implementation
Plan with plan adjustment after giving feedback
o School policies on the distribution and collection of the Learning Resources.
2. Motivation (including incentive factors)
Motivating the parents, teachers and learners to work together for common good.
3. Resources (including finance, technology)
MOOE, LSB and donation as the source of funds. These may not be enough to sustain the reproduction
of the SLMs and other printed materials.
Unstable internet connection and limited ICT equipment
Insufficient funding source for disinfectants, face masks and other needed health materials.
4. Communication (includes feedback and advocacy)
Need to communicate to the parents, learners and community stakeholders for information and
feedback concerning the selected learning delivery modality.
5. Environment support (includes higher office, LGU, parents, community)
LGU, parents and the community support on the distribution and collection of the learning resources.
