    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That this DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed by and


    between;

    ALEX A. LANTAYONA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Betty C.


    Lantayona and a resident of Talomo, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte,
    Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

    JOEDEN LAPIZ, of legal age, Filipino, married to Marilou Lapiz and a


    resident of Talomo, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines , hereinafter
    referred to as the VENDEE;

    That the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land covered

    VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto said VENDEE, his
    heirs, successor-in-interest and assigns the above described property and
    improvements thereof. Further the VENDOR by these presents, HEREBY GIVE
    AND GRANT, as it is HEREBY GIVEN AND GRANTED, unto the VENDEE, his
    heirs, successor-in-interest and assign full ownership and possession of the
    above described property over any third persons or interest whatsoever free
    from liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
