1. Welcome to Estimate pro


Welcome to Estimate Pro Software : website address : https://estimatepro.in

2. Register
To use this platform, First of all you have to register your email id.

For this please click on register

After submission of Name, Email Id and Password , Clicl on Register.

You will receive an OTP from estimatepro.in, check it and submit in the form below

Submit it and you will be registered.

After Registration Login with email and password you have registered .

After Succesful Login you will see windows as below

3. Basic Data

3.1 Add Cost Index


In this Page we have to set Cost Index data of the stations.

If already added, OK, otherwise add Cost index data

After saving cost index data . you can check it in table adjacent to it. It will be shown there.

Done

3.2 Work Details


User has to enter details of work to start preparation of estimate. At least name of work
and Location is required to proceed.

Location: station if not available. It should be added in Cost Index option

After Entering work details The saved data will be shown in table below

From the above Edit option is available and user can edit in case of any change required.

Electrical tender details are required during tender justification of Composite tender else
not required.

Done.

4. Prepare Estimate

4.1 Selection of DSR Code


In order to prepare Estimate, User has to select subhead and DSR Item from the option
available. Quantity to be added and Click on Add Item.

After Clicking relevent item of DSR along with parent Items will be added in adjacent table.
as below

A column "to be Justified is added" which means whether this item should be considered
during prepation of Justification of tender or Not.

By degault all DSR item can be considered as analysis is available in it. If option is "1" in
this column means "YES Considered"

If user doesnot want to add aparticular Item, Click on edit and change this option to "0"
and save.

Edit/ Delete option is available to each row, means User can edit all rows/ All details as
desired.

On click delete, The item row will be deleted one by one.

OPTION II :

If you already have an estimate in excel then you can format in the table given in website
i.e. save it as CSV file.

for example or sample file can be download from " sample input file"

A popup window will appear . save it where you desired.

Open CSV file . It is comma separated file an extension of Excel file. Just modify your
previous work data as per the format given.

After finishing CSV file save it.

Now you can upload this file directly to the database and all items will be uploaded in one
go. In stead of adding one by one.

Click on Browse and select the CSV file.

Upload it and job done.

Done. Go to next Page.

4.2 Print Estimate


In this menu, Item already prepared will be printed in form of detailed estimate as below

On click, Print Estimate sheet, a copy of estimate can be printed.

4.3 Abstract of Estimate


Abstract of estimate subhead wise can be printed by clicling this option directly. No other
work is required.

On clik "Print Abstract sheet " print of sheet can be optained.

Done.

5.1 Print Market Rate


Justification is always atedious process and consumes lot of time. Using this tool we can
cut this time and simplify the process.

Click on

On clicking "Print Market Rate" we will get a list of items for which market rate has to be
obtained.

Market rate list has to be verified from market and to be updated by clicking update in the
last of each row.

A popup window or Modal form will be opened. Rate can be modified/ updated and click
on save.

After updating all data in this list. Done. Move to next page

5.2 Rate analysis


Rate analysis of all Items which were select during preparation of estimate i.e. "to be
Justified" as "1" wiill be done in this page.

Click on "Print Rate Analysis' Rate analysis of all items will be shown as below :

You can get print out of all items or complete sheet by clicking " Print Rate analysis" .

Done.

5.3 Justification Sheet


After Rate analysis, we can print Justification Sheet of the items of Detailed Estimate by
clicking "Justification " as below :

User can get print of this sheet by clicking print option above table.

5.4 Abstract of Tender


After Justification, , we can print Abstract of tender position by clicking "Abstract " as
below :

User can get print of this sheet by clicking print option above table.

5.5 Export to Excel


In this section, User can export the data of Detailed estimate and Market rate Items

to excel so that it can be used further by the user as desired.

Simplily click on "Export to Excel" It will create the file and saved as read only file.

Save this file and open it by clicking yes option.

6. DSR
In this Sheet DSR Items can be checked and for all Items of DSR 2018 as complete DSR
is available in this software.

Click on DSR 2018

In the box opened in left side, Choose Subhead of DSR and Click on "View DSR Item"

All related items of selected Subhead will be displayed in the table in the right side. You
can check it by arranging 10, 25, 50,100 items in a sheet by selecting option . Else you
can search any particular word or Item No in search Box.

6.1 Subhead
In this Sheet all subhead used in DSR can be checked or a print of sheet can be obtained.
Click on Subhead

In the box opened in left side, Choose Subhead of DSR and Click on "View DSR Item"
