ErrorCode : Error Explanation

1 : XML syntax error or some XML data is not obeying the


restrictions.
2 : Invalid Taxpayer PIN.
3 : EFD Not In Programmed State.
4 : Registration Date is earlier than Approval Date .
5 : Registration Number could not be generated successfully.
6 : Registration Date not specified.
7 : This Serial is already registered.
8 : This Serial is not registered with the system.
11 : UIN could not be generated successfully.
12 : Future Submission Date in File Name.
13 : File was not Compressed.
14 : Past Submission Date in File Name.
15 : File was not Encrypted.
16 : EFD Not in New Submitted State.
17 : Supplier Tpin Not Specified.
18 : Empty File.
19 : Bad Format File.
20 : Invalid Operation.
21 : EFD directory not found.
99 : Unexpected error occurred.
101 : Submission dates do not match in filename and data.
102 : EFD Registration Num does not match in filename and data.
103 : Submission Date is earlier than Registration Date.
104 : This UIN is not registered.
105 : Invalid EFD Serial.
106 : Invalid TPIN for EFD.
107 : ZNumber does not match in file name and content.
108 : Duplicate ZNumber received for ZReport
109 : EFD Serial Num does not match in filename and data.
110 : SIM ID is mandatory.
111 : SIM Number is mandatory.
112 : Command Id does not match in filename and data
113 : Invalid RQD Type.
502 : EFD Serial Not Specified.
512 : EFD Not in Ready State.
514 : EFD Serial Not Found.
515 : Invalid Registration Number for EFD Serial Or EFD is already
deregistered.
518 : Registration Number Not Specified.
521 : Wrong EFD Type.
522 : Key Not Specified.
523 : EFD Not In Blocked State.
524 : EFD Firmware Not Specified.
525 : EFD Firmware Invalid.
526 : Invalid Header Change Numbers.
527 : Invalid VAT Change Numbers.
528 : Sim Imei Already Registered.
529 : Sim Imsi Already Registered.
530 : Sim Telephone Already Registered.
531 : Serial Was Never in Ready State.
532 : Registration Number Not Registered with System.
534 : EFD in a Test session.
553 : Test Command(Id) Not Specified.
555 : EFD Test Validation Failed i.e. Test Id,Serial and
Registration Number Association Wrong.
556 : Response Date Is Earlier Than Requested.
557 : EFD Test Already Sucessfully Processed.
558 : EFD Test Command Not Found.
604 : Invalid Tax Region.
905 : Invalid EFD Metadata. Please confirm Serial, Taxpayer and
UIN/Registration Number association.
906 : Report Date is Less Than Previous Report.
907 : Registration Date in XML does not match with system records.
1409 : EFD Current Firmware is Invalid.
1410 : EFD New Firmware is Invalid.
1751 : Vate rate(s) not found.
2000 : Future Submission Date.
2001 : Service Expiration Date cannot be in past.
2003 : Registration Date specified to be in future.
2004 : ZReport Date specified to be in future.
2301 : Purchase Date is smaller than previous.
2302 : Purchase Date is greater than next.
2351 : Receipt Date is smaller than previous.
2352 : Receipt Date is greater than next.
1001 : Error while parsing file name.
