JLR Case Study

Jaguar Land Rover graduates participate in a 24-month induction program to integrate them into the organization. As part of this, Impact UK delivers a 5-day leadership and team skills intervention in the Lake District. The 60 graduates work together on a community action learning project for The Friends of the Lake District, a charity promoting conservation in the area. In one day, the graduates complete work that would normally take the Friends' volunteers one year. The graduates demonstrate improved competency levels, on average 14%, compared to Jaguar Land Rover's behavioral framework.
