You will serve as a business partner in executing the design, implementation, administration and monitoring of best
practices and programs within the specified region. You will always conduct business with the highest level of integrity
and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

expected and superior HR and Business outcomes.
Coordinate, facilitate and attend job fairs, walk-in drives and job fairs, skill development agencies, Internal Job
postings and Employee Referals.
Ensure that all the shortlisted candidates’ details are updated appropriately as per the designated process
(Recruitment Module).
On boarding:
Ensures that all new hires are inducted and documentation is done as per the on-boarding guidelines within
the centers. It includes planning and delivering additional trainings, including inductions for new staff.
Strives to consistently retain employees in all positions, through all business phases. – should come under
pms/retention
Performance Management:
Work with SO HR for Career Development Path (CDP) of Hi Potential performers (HIPO).
Coordinate and implement performance management system (PMS) in the zone by coordinating the staff
appraisals and ensuring managers are following the correct steps as per the defined PMS process. Ensure
100% readiness of Managers and teammates to receive and provide critical feedback for career and
organizational growth and development. Record the results and assist HRBP with the necessary inputs for
analysing and summarizing the outcomes.
Payroll & Compliance:
Provide timely payroll inputs (attendance / shifts / leaves / salary advances and deductions, if any) to SO HR
Stay up to date on all applicable local, state laws and regulations governing employment (wage and work
hours, employee benefit, leave, etc.) and Ensure 100% compliance in the Zone (all statutory, HR and
corporate policies and procedures requirements).
Operations
Manage and process Zonal Teammates requirements and changes as per the process. These requirements
and changes may pertain to all employee queries including, but not limited to, hiring, terminations, transfers,
uniforms, ID cards, pay, compensation and benefits, rewards & recognition, promotions, demotions,
attendance, shifts, leave of absence, return from leave etc.
Track and maintain HR metrics and reporting. Prepare / collate and publish all HR related MIS & reports in
time.
Employee Pulse Check – Visit centers and build trusting consultative relationships. Conduct structured.
interactions with the teammates to gauge the pulse, enabling the business to make effective people related
decisions and actions.
To collate competitors details on various HR activities once in a year and send to Corporate.
Ensures that inspections from internal and external auditors are free from audit points and queries.
Be part of cross functional audit teams.
Ensure that staff files are maintained and updated with 100% accuracy
Follow and enforce (throughout the Zone) company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
government, state and company regulations / policies / procedures.
Coordinate, implement and monitor Zonal R&R Schemes / Incentives / events and drive the employee-
engagement agenda for the respective Zones.
Ensuring HR budgets in line with the approved budgets of the Zone.
Ensures that communication confidentiality and clarity is observed at all times and ensures that grievances are
adhered to and closed in conjunction with the SO HR.
Teammates Query Resolution, Grievance handling and ensuring 100% adherence to disciplinary procedures.
Participate and upskill self on the relevant HR Automation tools.
Work closely with the HRBP on key projects outlined within the HR plan.
Act as key interface between SO HR and the Zone.
Job Specification
Age : 22 - 35 yrs
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred MBA – HR or relevant PG programs
Experience required: 2 to 5 years
Extremely effective written and verbal communication of the English language
Local regional Language is mandatory
Travel – 30 to 40%
Working knowledge of MS office applications.
