WHO WE ARE
❖ My name is Russell V. Bear I'm 46 year old that spent most of my professional life as a General Building
Contractor in California. I also have been a Ham Radio operator and electronics enthusiast since I was a young
teenager. I come from a tech family and have always have been hands on when it came to anything electronic
and mechanical. Later in life I returned to school and studied building science and code along with electrical
engineering. I've started several businesses along the way with varying degrees of success but all were related
to electronics and building. My love of radio and electronics has never left me and I continue to embody the
Ham Radio principle of homebrewing my own equipment and a hands on approach which has served me well. I
take my position as an EMF consultant very serious and see my work as a way to keep the population healthier
and better informed of the harmful effects of EMF radiation and to make a difference in the quality of life
that my customers enjoy. To help someone who is sick from the harmful effects of electro smog regain control of
their health and quality of living is the most rewarding aspect of my work and it makes it all worthwhile. I'm
available 7 days a week for consultations and appointments. 24 hours a day if it's an emergency. Also during
these challenging times of Covid 19 I maintain to the latest social distancing recommendations and the use of all
protective gear including masks, gloves and booties to keep your house clean and free from Covid 19. I take my
temperature every morning and will reschedule all appointments if I observe the slightest abnormal reading. Let
