generation package and Water Injection Systems (Enhanced Oil Recovery) within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity
of the designs.
Developed Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Safety Flow Diagrams (PSFDs), Utility Flow

separation module (HP and LP), crude oil stabilization, crude oil export, pig receiver/launcher, produced water treatment and utility systems.
Carried out process simulation based on the production profile and performed process calculations for vessels, exchangers, pumps, control
valves and relief devices.
Generated engineering drawings like P&IDs, PFDs and UFDs, process datasheets, Alarm and Trip Schedule, Line Designation Table and process
package specifications.
Closed out design review, 3D model review and HAZOP action items.

Carried out studies on produced water injection temperature reduction, configuration of onshore export pipeline and crude oil pumping facility,
MEG and methanol injection for hydrate inhibition, power generation/steam system integration, sour water strippers (SWS) using fuel gas/steam
and Vacuum/thermal deaerators.
Performed hydraulic calculations and calculations for process equipment such as separators, desalters, sour water strippers, knock-out drums,
air receivers, storage tanks, etc.
Involved in sizing the heat exchangers (HTRI), control valves and relief devices by evaluating different scenarios.
Prepared Potential Change Alert, Design Change Notes, Technical Change Record and Decision logs for the deviations/process change that were
made in the process scheme from statement of requirements.

separators and hydrocyclones (for treating produced water).
Generated PFS and PEFS; Preformed hydraulic calculations and involved in sizing the control and relief valves.
Prepared cause & effect diagram, trips & alarm schedule, functional & control logic description and operation & maintenance manual.
Provided clarifications/responses to technical queries raised by the client technical team and participated in the HAZOP.
