F337 Loss of Forward or Reverse Signal Top plate missing or Neutral Start machine, depress inching pedal, On while in Gear. worn from Gear Shift Only and move shift handle through all Occurrence Mismatch between S6 Park/Not Assembly. Reset gears; forward, reverse, and neutral. Neutral Gear Position Switch Module in Park Observe monitor display window to see and S7 Forward/Reverse Switch if display matches transmission control Module Indicator NEU (neutral) but lever position. If display window does S6 Park/Not Neutral Switch Module not match lever position, see switch indicated a gear selected. Forward check in 9015-15 Transmission and Reverse Wires at ground but one Controller Circuit. or more gear switch assembly circuits at battery voltage. The S7 Disconnect S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Forward/Reverse Module connector from S7 Switch Module either Forward/Reverse Switch Module and has a wire broken, or disconnect the Transmission Controller shorted to GND. Unit (TCU). Check the wires from the T01 BLU Wire TCU to the S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Reverse, T14 BLU Module connect for continuity. If no Wire Forward. continuity then check connector crimps and harness. Check for continuity to Transmission GND. Controller Unit (TCU) J1-J2, J1-J1. S7 Forward/Reverse Remove the S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module. Switch Module connector. Measure from pins K-H for continuity in the Reverse position and no continuity in Forward. Measure from pins G-H in the Forward position for continuity and no continuity in Reverse. See S7 switch

Diagnostic Trouble Code Shifting during start- Shift after start-up, when "P" is displayed on Display can only occur once during up. Did not wait 0.1 Monitor. machine start-up. seconds after engine started, before shifting to gear. Forward or Reverse Disconnect S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module wire shorted to battery connector from S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module. voltage, ground or Measure the voltage on the Forward and the Reverse open wires. Voltage should be GND. If not disconnect the T01 BLU Wire TCU and measure again. If the wires are still battery Reverse, T14 BLU voltage, check the harness for a short to battery Wire Forward. voltage. TCU J1-J2, J1-J1. Else replace the TCU. Disconnect S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module connector from S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module and disconnect the TCU. Check the wires from the TCU to the S7 Forward/Reverse Switch Module connector for continuity. If no continuity then check connector crimps and harness. Not Park wire H07 Disconnect TCU. Monitor voltage on TCU connector. GRN shorted or open. Shift from park to neutral. Voltage should be GND in Pin J1-K1 at TCU. Park and at battery voltage in neutral. If not check Harness for short to battery voltage. X27 Transmission H04 GRN and H07 Check wiring harness. See Transmission Controller Calibration Connector GRN Wires are open. Circuit Schematic in 9015-15.
F339 Shifter Shifter Problem. Neutral Start machine, depress inching pedal, and move shift handle On Failure Only through all gears; forward, reverse, and neutral. Observe monitor Occurrence Undefined Reset in display window to see if display matches transmission control condition. Park lever position. If display window does not match lever position, see switch check in 9015-15 Transmission Controller Circuit. Top plate missing Inspect top plate of shifter assembly.
