COURSE SYLLABUS

The scheduled course for the training program would be as approved in


the project by the Ministry of Rural Development. The four course that
would be conducted are detailed as below:

• Data Entry cum Office Automation

• DTP with Screen Printing

• Financial Accounting with Database

Management

• Hardware and Networking

The course description along with the UNITARY [MONTH & WEEK
WISE] COURSE SYLLABUS are given as under.

The course is divided into 6 months out of which the First month would
be for Basic English Language and the month 6th would be for
Personality development & Communication Skills.
Data Entry cum Office Automation
• The course comprises of basics of computers along with the MS-
Office and Internet. The course aims are preparing the students
for the post Office Assistant and Data entry operator.
