1) Submitted specific PAPs/ dedicated programs for IP communities under Tier 1 of FY 2022 budget per RDC XI Resolution No. 81, s. 15;
2) Included PAPs related to molecular science and infectious disease research program;

3) To submit supporting documents for all infrastructure proposals;
4) Excluded PS allocation for plantilla items that are still under SPAMAST;
5) Included proposal for the establishment of a cacao sensory and isotope analysis laboratory; and
6) To consider the establishment of molecular laboratory for infectious diseases, which can conduct researches for vaccine development.
