Theme: “Innovative Chefs for the Near Future, Sustaining Healthy Food for the New Normal”
About the cake: Before anything else this is my 1st ever cake deco competition, yes I already made
cakes but not this kind like using gum paste and sculpting. So the theme for this competition is
Innovative chefs for the near future sustaining healthy foods and new normal so my design for cake is
1st I covered my cake with whipping cream then I start to make some vegetables using the gum paste
and a globe in the center. So we all know that we are facing pandemic all around the globe so now we
need to stay healthy and that’s why I put some vegetables for the toppers, and for my design in the side
there are 3 different chefs wearing mask because all know for the new normal we need to wear mask
wherever we go for us to be safety that’s why I put chef’s wearing mask and then 3 different structures
where can chefs work so we have the restaurant, hospital and cruise ship.

About the cake: My creation is a symbol of healthy eating plate that suggests filling our plate with
vegetables and fruits as part of an optimal diet which will help to boost our immune system in this time
of pandemic. As a young Chef let us be creative and innovative in our food preparation as our own little
way of sharing it to world.
