Reflect on its effect/effects on your behavior.
Hybridity is very common in the world in the present generation. Some of the factors are innovation global business competition. But actually, hybridity does not only exist in the present generation. If we go back in time, there are historical accounts presented diverse and historical hybridization. I can see that hybridity can be in every aspect of human life like; music, marriage, gender, spirituality, sports and many other aspects.
I would like to focus on one aspect which also affects globally, the aspect of business. Fundamentally speaking, man in nature is actually a business man, in his capability to lead and also being social. Man has been doing businesses in all aspects of his life. He has to make contracts or social contracts with others in order to survive and to deal with diverse cultures and any form of adaptations. In this manner, man, in general idea, or me as human or as a man, is also contributing to this so-called cultural hybridity, since I also am engaging with innovative matters in order to have better disposition and also for the preparation for my future career or future life.
I believe there are many effects of cultural hybridization, humanism also is experiencing cultural hybridity in a global manner or I may call it as cultural globalization. Somehow, we cannot escape from the reality of consequences of human innovations, although there are also a lot of positive effects of certain interests and positive impact to humanity. As human, I can see the large positive effects of cultural hybridity especially in our nation in the present generation, despite of all the hardships and undesirable phenomenon, most Filipinos have the undying courage to continue pursuing life and continue being competent individuals and trying all the best that we can.
Getting a lot of ideas from the other nation and foreign cultures, we also have crafted our own version of products and services. We don’t just make it solo, but we also share innovative matters to others. In a very positive manner, this made us better in socializing with other individuals even outside country. Yet, I could also see various factor of consequences of human foolishness. We cannot deny the selfish expressions of a number of people who are still doing businesses for a very personal gain or only for personal interests in which I am also affected with this kind of issues. I think all people are affected to the negative effect of cultural hybridity. One factor of its negative factor is the misleading propositions and unreasonable implementations of regulations which lead and or result to corruptions, cheating and injustice. In any institution or even in the family or any form of community, we can also experience these factors and the negative effects of cultural hybridity.
However, all people could learn and apply the positive factors and anticipatedly the positive effects of cultural hybridity. I believe that all professional people are proposing advocacies for order and peace, why not we participate to what could apply to a certain community, so one could also build his/her own culture blended with all that are essentials and could preserve human respect and human dignity? Let us look forward for the common good for our society and better life in the future.
2. Importance of demography to sociocultural aspect.
Many scientific studies that provide many people in many nations ideas on making progress and innovations. One good study is the demography, it helps us to see the records of certain community or the culture of a certain society. In this manner, we can propose businesses or services depending on how people live individual lives or how they would need certain products or services.
I am talking about business not necessarily means a kind of profitable form of business, I am also preferring on the life events and human activities as their own individual businesses in life. I can say that demography has a big help or role to any form of studies since it can present and predict scientific evidences and foresee all the possible preferences and providence for all who can benefit in any nation or society. Lastly, in our physical world, it is very evident that one must base on scientific studies in order to bring out the necessary needs and produce necessary results and hopefully looking for all the positive results.
