Processing & Submission Queue

Processing Queue – Manager View

- Click on “Processing Queue” to view the unassigned request


- The queue consists of all Unassigned request that are pending to be assigned
- Assign button will be available for the user who have the authority to assign task
- Filter to show only the selected transaction in the list view

- By Default the filter for “Manager/Supervisor” user will show as “All”

- Based on the attributes list received for “Processing Queue”, all default attributes

will be viewable

- Click “More Columns” to add new columns for the Active logged in session
- User can scroll add/select additional columns from “New” by selecting new columns

that are not added by Default.

- New column will be added to the layout, scroll bar enabled for scrolling to view all

columns

Note: These New columns added will be available only for the user as a Default View
- Click to Select the task that requires to be assigned

- Click “Assign” button

- User can “Search” for a keyword from the attributes available

- By using, keyword search – assignment is possible for the user


- Upon clicking on “Assign”, Pop up window opens to choose the assignee

- Click “Routing Method” dropdown - by default will be listed as Round Robin

o Manager/Supervisor user can select either “Round Robin” or “User”

“Group”

- In-Application view for new request received in Inbox – is shown below in My Task.

- Select the drop down from “Reason”

- Choose One option shown from the drop down

- Enter “Remarks” and Save


- If Routing Method selected as “User”

- Select Assign To

- Select Reason

- Add “Remarks” for the assignee

- Click “Save” to assign

Processing Queue – Normal Underwriter View

- LG/SME user view. User will only be able to view requests that are unassigned for

LG/SME
- Based on the attributes list received for “Processing Queue”, all default attributes

will be viewable

- Click “More Columns” to add new columns for the Active logged in session
- User can scroll add/select additional columns from “New” by selecting new columns

that are not added by Default.


- New column will be added to the layout, scroll bar enabled for scrolling to view all

columns

Note: These New columns added will be available as default for the user.

- Click to Select the task that requires to be assigned

- Click “Assign” button


- User can “Search” for a keyword from the attributes available

Note: The attributes label name should match the label name in OHI. For example, if OHI has
Policy Effective Date as Contract start date – Then the attribute names to be renamed to match
OHI terminology. All the attributes mentioned here are final.

Submission Queue – Normal Users View

- User can select the Submitted quote and assign to an U/W to update the quote output

document or make changes to the request/iterate

- Choose One option shown from the drop down

- Enter “Remarks” and Save

- Click “Filter” to list the view
