How to Think Not

Remain in the Middle
Breathe Out
RETOURN AT YOUR CENTER
BE AWARE
c
In order to think | , there is an urgent need for || |.
Focusing the attention towards an object, or a word, or an idea features
concentration trends. You need the words that lack you: look for it until
you find it. Always we lack some magic words, which open all
doors, and we have to search for it in the labyrinth of our everyday life.

There is adirect usefulness of thinking | .

You become alert, the internal energy is not consumed, it is

quickly replaced,if lost, and you might be able to know what now, you
just ignore. Who knows, thinks | .

Each time a thought shows its head like a dragon, I do pretend not
to be there and I see it | . I do not invite it to pass and I do not say hello
 .
It enters in the maelstrom of my internal void and afterwards it is
expulsed like boughs and wet leaves floating in a river. When I feel
assaulted by an army of worries I do repeat the following words:

I,Now, This, So, Here

Suddenly, thoughts leave me alone. =
 | Say I to myself.

³This guy, surely enough, is thinking | ! Let s leave him alone!´± say
visiting thoughts . . .
In Spanish thefive lacking words are

Yo, Ya, Eso, Así, Aquí

vc uosture is crucial but has to be spontaneous and natural.

vc Do not look up, nor down, just remain in the middle.
vc Freeze the world; stop all modifications of your intellect.
vc Calm down by means of breathing out; Keep that void.
vc You are like a big knot; stretch your internal dialogue.
vc Listen to your internal Sound; there is a bell ringing there.
vc Keep your senses filled with trivial information of the
moment: sounds in the environment, scents in the air,
flavors of your saliva, hot or cold air around you, etc.
These is like saying

I am I
Now is now
This is this
So is so
Here is here
You must find details by practice and theory, yourself.
ENSO: a Living Circle

If I practice the drawing of several ENSO, my mood changes

immediately and I become unified, I become one, like a monochord .
