Overseeing Procedure

 With renting the place to potential studios and clients


they must not damage the exterior and interior of the
building.

 The space comes into a minimal refurbishment, this must


be protected by the management.

 The building management will oversee all renovations


that must be done to the space.
Overseeing Procedure
 Any damage will result to voiding the security deposit and
insurance.

 The building management must be informed of all things


that will be added to the space.

 The overseeing procedure might be strict but this will


provide a security for both parties
.
Overseeing Procedure
 Security will be provided by the building management as
well. Security level depends upon the lease agreement and
security needs.

 Building cleanliness and housekeeping will also provided


by the management to ensure that the building remains
clean and proper.

 Management must control the building properly to


reduce accidents and risks.
Maintenance of the Building
 Inspection schedules :
 Every 2 weeks (for minor inspections, repairs and fixes)
 Total inspection every 2 months (total inspection for
damages and defects for the entire project)

 Housekeeping, Cleanliness and Orderliness Schedules:


 Daily clean up for spaces and weekly all over cleaning of
spaces.
 Extermination upon request of client, but annual
extermination will be performed as well.
Maintenance of the Building
 Security detail :
 Security guard and CCTV cameras connected to space
offices.
 Frequency of CCTV cameras are dependent on contract
and clients discretion.
