Instructions:
1. Fill out the table by providing the needed information.
2. Determine the key stage standards of your learning/subject area.
3. Choose a topic in your learning area.
4. Formulate 3 content and performance standards for the chosen topic.
5. Plot each content and performance standards to the appropriate grade level standard. You may refer to your official or the DepEd’s grade level standard.
6. In plotting, indicate the degree to which each curriculum content is to be learned per level. The four categories are characterized as follows:
INTRODUCE - students are exposed to concepts and skills
FOCUS - concepts and skills are revised and / or explored
ENHANCE - students are able to integrate concepts together in performing a skill
MAINTAIN - students are able to articulate or put into action the concepts and skills
7. Determine which subject area competency does each performance standard contribute to attain.
