Facebook Ads Proposal
In Boston the average billboard cost $23,000 for just 1 month…. Twenty three grand!!! Imagine spending that
much money every single month for people passing by in their cars to see your advertisement. If you’re advertising
in a large city sure, a lot of people will see your advertisement but only a very small percentage of those people are
potential customers and you have no way to capture those leads unless they reach out to you directly.
Essentially, it can really be a waste of money! Facebook Ads are VERY different. You can actually target ONLY the
people who you want to show your ads to. You will ONLY pay for your ideal customer to see your ads; this increases
your conversion rate and decreases the amount that you have to spend to convert leads into paying customers! How
awesome is that!

Example: I recently ran a campaign for a Real Estate Agent in San Diego. These are Real Estate leads with email, full
name AND phone number! The first week, I spent $669.82 on ads to get leads, 2 of those leads turned into sales at
around $650,000 each. That’s 1.3 Million in gross sales from $669.82 in ads! You simply can’t do that with any other
form of advertising!
I teach people how to run their Facebook Ads but I also run campaigns for my own business. I recently ran an Ad for
myself, I pushed traffic to a free online training presentation on How to Sell On Amazon FBA. At the end of the free
training I upsold my services. I spent $10,439.71 on this particular campaign, and I converted 5 leads which made
made me $136,840.10! That’s only $13.10 per conversion!

with your money, so that you don’t waste it! If your sales funnel, ad, targeting, or any other component isn’t top
notch, you are not going to get cheap leads with high conversions, and you certainly won’t get enough sales!

I’ll research and target your ideal customer. This is where you how we will obtain cheap leads that convert into
real SALES.
$997 Setup Fee: This includes building your sales funnel, audience research, targeting research, and setting up
your campaign.
$1,997 per month Campaign Management Fee: I will thoughtfully be running your ads, checking them daily,
adjusting targeting and scaling budgets.
Your second month’s fee is not due until 30 days after your first ad begins.
I can drop the management fee to $1,997 if there is a performance bonus equal to 5% of the gross sales that come
from my leads. This bonus is only expected if I generate leads within the Lead Cost Estimate.
Ad Budget: You get to decide how much you want to spend. You will pay Facebook directly for your ads, but I will
be the one running them.
I recommend spending $300-$500 initially over 1-2 weeks for the split test. This allows me to narrow down which
targeting gets you the most for your money. Once we run the split test, you should know approx how much your
leads are going to cost you. After that, it’s all about how many sales you want! At this point you can decide how much
you want to spend each week.
Lead Cost Estimate: I estimate I can get leads for your business for $3-19 each. Keep in mind though that my
leads very likely to convert to customers. I try to be conservative.
To get started, your initial investment will only be . . . $2,997; this includes Setup and your 1st
Month Management fee.
