DAY 2- WELCOME, ORIENTATION, PTA - 10 MINUTES

1.2. Good morning everyone. Welcome to our Training Center. My name is __________ and I am your Trainer in ________________.
By the way, Our Training Center offers many program courses and these include _______________. And you have chosen us
correctly because we are complete in facilities like the 9 shop layout and we are safe here as we are complete in all safety
facilities too.

3. Our Center follow the TESDA prescribed training delivery system which is Competency- Based. The system is clearly stated in
this CBT Delivery Diagram. This include:
- Orientation, Conducting Pre-Training Assessment, Use of Learning Resources such as CBLM, Training, Practice and Practice
under our guidance as Trainer, Taking the Institutional Assessment if you feel you already are ready and has mastered the
Competency and Exiting the Competency to study the next Competency until finishing all and taking the National Assessment.
-The basis of our Training System are the 10 CBT Principles which include the following: RPL, MULTIPLE ENTRY AND
MULTIPLE EXIT, SELF-PACED OR MODULAR.

4. For clearer understanding of CBT Delivery System, here are the comparison or the differences of the Traditional Approached and
CBT Approach. (mention 2 only). This is also posted for more understanding.

5-6. In CBT Approach, our Roles as Trainer and your Roles as Trainees are clear. Like, as Trainer, we do the following: (Mention 3
only). You as Trainees, your Roles include: (mention 3 only). There is also a Tarpauline on these in the Trainers Resource
Center.

7,8,9 In CBT, our training methods include: Self-pace, Role Play, Group Discussion, Demonstration, Return Demo, and many others.
Our Assessment Methods will be Written, Demonstration and Oral Questioning. (Explain this refer to PPP.). Of course here in
pour Center, we have to follow Rules and Regulations which include (mention 3 only). There is also tarp on this in the Learning
Resource Center.

DAY 3 - PTA RESULT, MICRO TEACHING - 10 MINUTES ONLY

1 Briefly Welcome again the Trainees. Inform them that you have with you already the
result of the PTA.

3 Briefly Explain the use of CBLM then Distribute the CBLM in their study of the CBLM
Course
4 Inform the Trainees now of the PTA result. Distribute Trainees to different areas of
the Center in accordance to result of the PTA

Area for your lesson. Okey guys, you may read your CBLM. I will monitor you every now and them.

3. Ok Trainee 4, our lesson for today is ( PPP on the micro teaching). Out training methods include, a little lecture, Demo, return
demo. Pls familiarize yourself with the tools, equipment and materials like _________. Please observe safety always by using
your PPE and on the use of electr4ical appliances like _________. (Lecture, Demo, Return Demo, Demo again, Return Demo
again). You need to practice more so everything will be perfect. While you are practicing, I will go and check your classmates.

 DAY 4 – INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT - 5 MINUTES ONLY
1.  Explain the Process of Institutional assessment 1. Evidence gathering

- Written – give the written questionaire and the answer sheet
- Demo- observe and record observation in the Evidence Plan (EP)  Written

written exam, demonstration and the oral questioning. On my part, I will just observe you. I have with me this
Institutional Assessment tool where I will record or note down my observations and the evidences that I will collect from
out of all that you will do, from the written, demo and oral questioning. Then, I will give you feedback on the result of
your institutional assessment..

3. Here is the written exam, this is answerable with True or False. Please write your answer in this answer sheet not in
the Questionnaire. Please answer in 10 minutes. Approach me when you are through.

4. Here are the tools, equipment, materials (and ingredients) that you will use for your Demonstration in ___________ . I
will be around to observe and take note of my observation, Do it in 30 minutes. Tell me when you are done.

5. Okey, may I ask you a few questions relating to your qualifications. (Ask 2 questions only).

of 20 items. In the Demo, you have done the task perfectly. In the Oral Questionning, you answered all correctly.
