SWAPPING AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered among the following teachers, MATHLEEN G. DESCALZO of


Macugay Elementary School, Abulug District, NORA P. MIGUEL of Muru Elementary
School, Abulug District, LIBERTY U. TACAS of Pinaron Elementary School, Abulug
District and ROSALINDA T. PARAÑAQUE of Nagattatan Elementary School, Pamplona
District.
That we agree to swap place in our teaching assignment for the good service;
That I, MATHLEEN G. DESCALZO of Macugay Elementary School, Abulug District,
Schools Division Office of Cagayan do willingly accept exchange teaching assignment with
ROSALINDA T. PARAÑAQUE of Nagattatan Elementary School, Pamplona District,
Schools Division of Cagayan.
That I, ROSALINDA T. PARAÑAQUE of Nagattatan Elementary School, Pamplona
District, Schools Division Office of Cagayan do willingly accept exchange teaching
assignment with NORA P. MIGUEL of Muru Elementary School, Schools Division of
Cagayan.
That I, NORA P. MIGUEL of Muru Elementary School , Abulug District, Schools Division
Office of Cagayan do willingly accept exchange teaching assignment with LIBERTY U.
TACAS of Pinaron Elementary School, Abulug District, Schools Division of Cagayan.
That I, LIBERTY U. TACAS of Pinaron Elementary School , Abulug District, Schools
Division Office of Cagayan do willingly accept exchange teaching assignment with
MATHLEEN G. DESCALZO of Macugay Elementary School, Schools Division of
Cagayan.
We therefore say that this agreement is entered into and among us through our own volition
without coercion from anyone else.
