 Is the process of identifying something that you want to accomplish
and establishing measurable goals and timeframes.

TYPES OF GOALS
Long-term Goals
 are goals meant to be accomplished over a long period of time.
Short-term Goals
 are goals someone sets to accomplish in a short period of time.

CHARACTERISTICS OF GOOD GOALS


Good goals should be ‘SMART’:

A- Achievable
R- Realistic
