PROJECT PROPOSAL

Project Organizer : College of Computing and Information Sciences


Project Title : General Assembly
Lead Facilitator : CCIS – CSC Officers
Rationale : Students nowadays were not informed enough the
moment they enrolled on our college, thus orienting
them the basics of the Information Technology world
is the best thing to do so that they will understand the
courses and programs that they enrolled in. It is also
an opportunity for the institution to disseminate
information from the CCIS Faculty as well to prepare
the students’ mindset towards the many upcoming
events.
Objectives:
 To orient the freshmen students regarding the various events that will happen not
only in the college but also in the institution.
 To inform the new and old students regarding the course/program that they
enrolled.
Intended Learning Outcomes:
 For the student body to be aware the various subjects that they will tackle and
the various problems that they will be possibly encounter.
 For the student body to be aware the various organization that they can join to
widen their knowledge in terms of technology.
Budget Requirements :
Juice ((Tetra pack) x 15 boxes) ₱1,000.00
Lemon square ((₱60 per 12pcs) 200 Pcs) ₱1,000.00
Starbucks GC (₱100 x 10) ₱1,000.00
Lunch for committee ₱3,000.00
Food for speakers ₱1,000.00
Special paper for certificates (₱50 x 2 pack) ₱100.00
Printer Ink (CMYK = ₱900) ₱900.00
Gas for Transportation ₱500.00
Contingency ₱1,500.00

program
