Franz: Growing up, we learned to think and move forward.

Chen: But it is high school life that made us all look back.

(Intro AVP)

Franz: The present pandemic has changed our lives particularly the way education is taught. Despite the
challenges we all have faced, here we are, gathered (though virtually) to commence and reap the fruits
of hardships.

Chen: We are sure that it’s been already a month-long waiting and preparation. Now, on this 13th day of
July, we will witness the 4th Graduation Exercises & Completion Rites of San Miguel High School.

Both: Ladies and Gentlemen, good day to you all!

Franz: We, their teachers have similarly shared our immense support and care to transform them into
their better versions as well as their parents who were proud for their child’s success.

Chen: To begin the ceremony, may we ask the guidance of our Almighty God through a prayer to be led
by ___________________________ and stay with us, as we pay tribute to our national flag through the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by the singing of Bicol Regional Hymn through a
video presentation.

Franz: May we call on ______________________ (second highest in rank) for her WELCOME ADDRESS.

Chen: Thank you so much! And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst.

Franz: To do the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have the school
head of exemplary performance, none other than Sir Rostum N. Raton to introduce our Guest Speaker
for today’s important occasion to be followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation of the
graduates and message by no less than our Public Schools District Supervisor, Ma’am Rosario O. Saret.

Chen: A Certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of
education. This is now the fruit of each student’s endeavor. So, to do the honors of the DISTRIBUTION
OF CERTIFICATES OF GRADUATION to our young graduates, may we have Mr. Joseph Vincent R. Melgar,
the class adviser of Grade 12-General Academic Strand (GAS) to be followed by the class adviser of
Grade 12-TVL (ICT), Mr. Joey A. Londonio.

Franz: Thank you, sir Vinz and Sir Joey. Once again, congratulations our dear graduates!

Franz: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will deliver her words of wisdom to our
young graduates and to their parents as well.

Chen: To get to know more of her, may we call on our very own OIC-Head Teacher, in the person of Mr.
Rostum N. Raton to do the honors in introducing our Guest of Honor and Speaker.

SPEECH OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER

Franz: Thank you so much, ma’am. Your message is truly to be remembered.

Chen: And now for the most awaited part of our programme, especially for the parents and students
who will be awarded, let us move on to the AWARDING OF MEDALS AND CERTIFICATES OF
RECOGNITION TO OUTSTANDING GRADUATES OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR to be distributed by
_________________.

Franz: Congratulations! You truly deserve those awards and medals. We are sure that you have made
your parents proud!

Chen: At this moment, let us hear the WORDS TO LIVE BY this year’s batch representative (1 ST HONOR)

Franz: At this moment, we will listen to the Pledge of Loyalty by the SSG President, Hannah Jane B.
Vierso.

Chen: Thank you, Hannah. Now, it’s time to listen again to the Alumni Pledge to be given to us by
Maribel Repolles, SSG President of SY: 2018-2019.

Franz: To acknowledge the efforts of everyone who made this Virtual Graduation a success, may we
have the Grade 12 adviser, Mr. Joseph Vincent R. Melgar who have done a great job and able to deliver
the best of what we have seen.

Chen: Thank you very much, sir! To pay tribute to the parents and teachers, may we have the graduates
of Batch 2020-2021 for their song rendition of “Goodbye High School” This is to be followed by their
farewell song entitled, “___________________”

Franz: There you have it, ladies and gentlemen!

Chen: Every good thing comes to an end. We would like to thank the following sponsors (CHARR!)
(ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) and of course to everyone who have stayed with us until this moment for
making this year’s virtual graduation a success.

Congratulations, dear graduates, and completers! May this Completion and Graduation Rites be your
steppingstone in making more and big achievements as you face another milestone in your life!

Once again, this has been Ms. Richen B. Repolles
