Agan Interior Design - Exercise

Agan Interior Design provides home and office decorating services with one consultant who spends an average of 10 minutes with each of the 2.5 customers that arrive per hour. The current wait time is greater than the goal of 5 minutes, so hiring a second consultant who could reduce the average service time to 7.5 minutes would help meet the goal by decreasing the wait time and number of customers in the system.
