Without a passionate audience you’re going to have a tough


time building an eCommerce empire! If you’re talking to people
who don’t LOVE what you’re selling then its much more difficult
to get the sale!

#2 Are people MAKING MONEY
in your niche?
Competition counterintuitively is a GOOD THING! If there a
number of folks obviously making money in your niche, you
can count on the fact that it is actually a good thing to have
that competition!

Don’t be afraid seeing multiple sellers in your Niche, use


what they are doing well to your advantage, and make it your
own, add value!

Be bold, don’t be afraid of a little competition, it normally


means there are customers willing to buy!

#3 Can you target your audience
on FACEBOOK ADVERTISING?
Remember that the hardest part of building an eCommerce
empire is driving interested traffic to your website, and then
convincing them to make a purchase!

Thinking ahead about your audience and whether or not you


will be able to actually sell your products to your customers
will make you a very happy camper!

exactly how AHEAD OF TIME you can advertise to potential
customers!

and incentivizes customers to spend more money, 10$ off first

research techniques
Pinterest.com - search for trending cat jewelry for example,
look for the products near the top of the search as Pinterest
sorts based on popularity

Amazon.com - Search the product trust that amazon


organizes it in such a way to show you the best products most
likely to sell, because when those products sell amazon makes
money, so amazon shows you the products selling the most
related to your query

Watchcount.com - Shows how many people are watching


items on eBay, and you can then see how many orders any
particular item has to determine sales velocity and interest

Audience Insights (Facebook ad tool) – Shows popularity


and demographics of most search terms, and more importantly
shows what Facebook pages people who are interested in the
topic you searched ALSO like, which is hugely important when
you are targeting people on Facebook to Advertise to!

extensions you need to use!
Aliexpress.com - Sort by number of orders - shows exactly
how many people are actually ordering what product

Chrome extensions - Aliprice assistant (shows historical


pricing of aliexpress products), Aliexpress seller check (shows
detailed seller metrics), and Oberlo (automates drop shipping
integrated with Shopify)
