Instructions to submit the Assignments for June -2021 session

Dear learner,
As you are aware, you will have to submit the Assignments to appear for the June-2021 Term
End Examination, you are hereby informed to submit the Hard copies of the assignments to
your Study Centre by the end of March/April 2021.
Note: Visit your study centre in the evening between 4.00 pm to 5.45 pm to submit the
assignments during week days.
OR
If you are staying outside the city, and you are not able submit the assignments by visiting the
Study centre, you may send your assignments by post to your Study Centre or you may
submit the scanned copies of handwritten assignments through email to the respective
Study Centre email with a copy to the Regional Centre email.
Instructions to submit the assignments online:
1. As per your Study Centre CODE e.g. if “1301”, send scanned copy of your assignments to
the Email ID mentioned against your STUDY CENTRE CODE (as reflected in your
Registration Details) in the list of email IDs attached with this Email. Put a copy of the same
to Regional Centre email ID.

2. The assignments should be neatly hand written and AFTER SCANNING, THE
DOCUMENT MUST BE CLEARLY READABLE for evaluation.

3. In the subject line of the mail, indicate the Session as JUNE -2021- followed by your
Enrolment number, name and the Programme code (for example: JUNE 2021:
EN.N-----------, NAME -MEG).

4. The handwritten hard copies of the assignments should be scanned separately for each
course (paper) in a separate pdf file and the file name should indicate the course
code and send all the pdf in single mail.
5. The first page of each assignment should be in the prescribed format as appended
below.

Note
1 : The assignment sent without subject line and not in the proper format mentioned
above will not be considered for evaluation.

2 : Submit your assignment only once for all the course. Duplicate submission may lead
to rejection of assignment.

3 : Assignment status for JUNE 2021 will reflect only in June/July

Note:
Log on to IGNOU Website (www.ignou.ac.in) and download the assignment question
papers.
If you have opted for the printed Study Materials and not yet received the same, please
log on to www.egyankosh.ac.in to download the soft copy of the study materials.
