The University of Cebu Council of Presidents is spearheading an online Christmas event called "Pasigarbo sa Pasko 2020" from December 15-19, 2020. The culminating activity on December 19th will celebrate Christmas as one UCian family via Zoom with fun activities. This year's initiative is a "Give-Love Project" to benefit UCian students and their families. The letter requests that Smart Inc sponsor the event in cash or kind in order to promote their services to students and potential clients. Sponsorship would help make the event a success.

Greetings!

The University Of Cebu Council of Presidents, the Supreme Student Council of University of Cebu together
with the Student Body Organization, will spearhead the PASIGARBO SA PASKO 2020 with the theme
“Believe in the Magic of this Season” #hopeFULLChristmas. The said activity will be launched on
December 15, 2020 (Tuesday) via online platform and will end at December 19, 2020 (Saturday), The
culminating activity which will happen on December 19, 2020 (Saturday) from 1:00PM – 4:00PM via
ZOOM online platform where we will be celebrating the Christmas as one UCian family, fun and
exciting activities are expected.

This year, with the council’s initiative, we will be extending our warmest greetings of this season by having
a Give - Love Project with the UCians as our beneficiary, the UCian community will be able to join and
participate together with their loved ones in their humble abode and be given the chance to win prizes that
can help them as a family.

In connection to this, we would like to request your company to be our partner in promoting
this advocacy by being one of our major sponsors in cash or in kind. For this, we will assure
you that the Council will help in advertising your good services and create awareness to the
customers and potential clients in your target market.
