services that can be provided to its community.

since we are bound by different restrictions in order to safe-care ourselves from the threatening virus,
the COVID-19. However, Bambad NHS continuous to provide quality education through listening to the
needs of the learners and the whole community. This includes the implementation of Virtual
Kumustahan, Psychosocial First Aid and donation Drive to the affected families during the flood, tree
planting activity, clean-up drive and Virtual Recognition.

a). Virtual Kumustahan is adapted from RM NO. 127, S. 2021 – Quarterly Virtual “Kumustahan”
In The Implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) Program. This is implemented to
ensure support of “Himusiang Pag-Alagad Para sa Edukalidad” and to sustain the
implementation of Continuous Improvements (CI) Program. This aims to monitor, provide
technical assistance, and know the conditions of our learners. Evidently, the said

journey since we also have the opportunity to check the mental, emotional and psychological
health of our learners.

b). Virtual recognition- Bambad NHS consistently gives quarterly Recognition Program to the
students to recognize their efforts and diligence in working out their academic requirements
and to fully realize the value of their accomplishments. The school gives importance to the
profound effects on an ordinary student who is recognized for simply doing his or her best
which results an increased level of self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment and respect
among the peer group. Such a feeling of accomplishment may carry forward throughout their
lives and ultimately improve our world as a whole.

strengthen the role of teachers as the education frontline amid COVID-19 pandemic. The

barangay community and stakeholders participated in the Tree Activity on _______.The Tree
Planting Activity aims to raise awareness to the society in the importance of planting and
saving trees, express our concern to the environment, and diminish the unfavorable effects
of climate change. It also helps us build a strong relationship and camaraderie with each
other by helping hand in hand in preserving the ecology. In addition, it encourages and gives
awareness especially to the students and to the whole Bambad community to be more
environmental friendly and responsible in taking good care of their own environs especially
to the river bank in which those plants were planted.

in partnership of the Barangay Bambad headed by the Barangay Captain Pablo C. Elauria Jr.
last ______. The purpose of this active is to help reduce waste in our surroundings of
Bambad and to recycle most of the waste like plastics and metals for a better purpose. As we
sell this waste, we use the money earned to buy plant/tree seeds for them to plant in their
surroundings. We want to help each and every barangay to stay clean and have a
surrounding that is beneficial to each and every person that resides in that barangay, since
we want an environment free from liters and an environment full of trees. The said activity
aims to provide awareness of how much we are wasting every day. We want to make a
statement that we could reuse this waste as we recycle it. This is for us to teach them and
make it as “persuasive” as possible for them to participate.

g.) Continuous School Beautification- School beautification is a great way to bring schools and
communities together. It’s a way to create and preserve both beautiful and healthy
environments where learning and camaraderie is enhanced. Beautiful landscaping and clean
facilities push students in the right direction by giving them a wonderful space to work and
grow in. But since we are in a pandemic, this continuous school beautification will serve as a
preparation for the upcoming academic school year. Beautification teaches students how to
be more respectful of the environment and to clean up after themselves. As the community
sees how well treated their nearby school is, a sense of pride will begin to consume the
community. You may see an increase in event and fundraiser attendance all because of the
community and their drive to keep up the school’s appearance.

h). Teacher’s Recognition- It was during the 5fth day of INSET when Sir Abas Dollente gave a
recognition to the faculty and staff of Bambad NHS. It was a day full of surprises to the
diligent teachers of the school. It was indeed a good reward system that helps our school
build a growth-centered environment, track the individual progress of educators, and keep
them inspired for dynamic growth and new achievements. Recognition is a very rewarding
experience for an excellent classroom teacher and his or her students. Recognition for
teachers builds off of some of the well-known extrinsic and intrinsic motivational theories. It
offers hope for meaningful recognition to the other teachers working to improve student-
learning outcomes. It also brings pride and support from the teacher’s students,
administration, governing board and general public.

skills, and information acquired in school help to improve and enhance our social skills, contribute to
social stability, promote child development, improve our societies, and drive long-term economic
development.
