    Before enter in confined space tool box meeting provided. Before


    enter in confined space permit system must be followed. Air
    monitoring & proper ventilation must be checked. Proper
    PPE's must be used.
    One life line holder always stand out of the tank and continuous communicate with
    the person who enter in confined space.

    User to monitor his equipment, sparks, hot off-cuts, hot spots and the work area –
    Cease work if changing circumstances introduce secondary hazards.
    Proper PPE's like welding glass, safety shoes, hand gloves, apron etc must be
    wear. Fire extinguisher must be provide near the tank area.
    Exhaust fan must be provided for control heat stress.

    In case of fire breaks out shout Fire… Fire…Fire


    Keep buckets full of send / water and keep fire extinguisher near hazardous area.
    Maintain good housekeeping and first aid.

    Wipe off spills immediately. Don't lay wires under carpets, mats, or doorways. Use only full
    insulated wires or cables. Do not allow open or bare connections provide. All connection
    through ELCB.

    Before Start the work Permit system must be follow up.

    Ensure usage of proper fire extinguisher for specified fires. Do


    not attempt to extinguisher oil / electric fires with water. Use DCP,

    During painting work only 24V flameproof lamp fittings must be used.
