3. That for a just and valid cause, or whenever, there is no work available, the
EMPLOYEE may be dismissed or laid–off;
4. That the working hours shall be only eight (8) hours a day, but the
EMPLOYER may require the EMPLOYEE to work overtime whenever it is
necessary, in such cases the latter shall be entitled to receive an additional
compensation in accordance with the law;
5. That the EMPLOYER has the prerogative right to shift or transfer the
EMPLOYEE from one assignment/task to another as well as the change his/her
working hours whenever his/her service is needed without loss of seniority rights;
6. That the EMPLOYEE shall faithfully abide by, obey and comply with all the
orders, policies, rules and regulations which have been and may be promulgated
by the EMPLOYER for the efficient operation of the business and for the proper
guidance of the EMPLOYEES;
7. The EMPLOYEE shall not engaged in any other business or employment
that may jeopardized to the interest of the business of the EMPLOYER;
