    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into this 22 nd
    day of June, 2021, in Davao City, Philippines, by and between:

    SORAIDA PINTO BAULO, of legal age, Filipino, married to NASSER


    FATIMAH BAULO, also of legal age, Filipino, with residential address at Purok
    20-B, Lower Sanggilangan, Ma-a, Davao City, hereinafter known as “VENDOR”

    - and -

    TONY M. BONGCARAWAN of legal age, married, Filipino with


    residential address at Purok 20-B, Lower Sanggilangan, Ma-a, Davao City,
    hereinafter known as the “VENDEE”;

    WITNESSETH;

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner and possessor of a parcel of land located
    at GEM Village, Ma-a, Davao City covering an area of One Hundred Twenty
    Square Meters (120 sq.m.);

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR has a house constructed on the aforesaid land, paid for
    by her;

    WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy the said house and lot (collectively
    referred to as “subject property”) in the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS
    (P2,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, (hereinafter referred to as the “PURCHASE
    PRICE”);

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR has agreed to SELL the subject property to the
    VENDEE in consideration of the said PURCHASE PRICE;

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO


    MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
    VENDEE to the VENDOR, the VENDOR DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and
    CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and
    assigns, the OWNERSHIP and all rights appurtenant thereto, of the subject
    property together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens
    and encumbrances of whatever nature, including real estate taxes as of the date
    of this sale.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto affix our signature this 22nd day of
    June, 2021, in Davao City Philippines.
