SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROSE ANN P. BULLONGAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and


presently residing at Laya East, Tabuk City, Kalinga, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint OFELIA P. BULLOGAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age,
with residence at Laya East, Tabuk City, Kalinga to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and deeds, namely:

1. To file any case, whether criminal, civil, or administrative case, which


is/are proper for the Declaration of Nullity of the Extra-judicial
Settlement of Estate with Simultaneous Deed of Sale, dated June 1,
2018, under the notarial register of Atty. Debie K. Sallidao, over a
parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 12119,
and for the Recovery of Possession and/or Ownership of the said land;

2. To represent me in all the proceedings of the case/s as well as to


testify and to submit pieces of evidence in my behalf, and to enter into
amicable settlement of the case/s which will be filed; and

3. To sign for and in my behalf any and all documents and papers
necessary to do perform the foregoing authority.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power


and authority to do and perform every act or thing necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully and to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney-in-fact shall do or lawfully cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
