2.2 Safety device


The temperature limiting control (max 105℃) can safeguard the " thermos tank " for suitable
temperature. The control will cut out resulting in no heat being created. Tripping can occur if
the water level falls too low or the base becomes covered with limescale.

2.3 Close the electricity switch after use

After the using, the control thermostat must be against the clockwise to turn off in closing
position.
Then the plug must be pulled out. And the electricity supply must be cut off.
3 Operation instruction
3.1 Place the "bain marie"
The "bain marie" should be placed on a solid level surface. The control thermostat of the "bain
marie" should be in the minimum / off position.
3.2 Fill the empty "thermos tank" to the water-level.
The Water-level of the “bain marie” has to do with the height of pan. Ensure the water level
touches the bottom on the G/N pans being used, the water-level line of the “bain marie” as
about 25mm after loading food.
3.3 Put the food into the pan then put into the “thermos tank” together.
3.4 Switch on the electrical supply switch and rotate thermostat knob to the required
temperature.
The power light will illuminate to indicate the power is switched on. Turn the control
thermostat clockwise to the required temperature, the temperature light will illuminate to
indicate the water is heating. The temperature light will go out when the water is at the required
temperature.
3.5 The end of concluding operation
The “control thermostat" must be turned anti-clockwise to turn off in closing position.
Switch off he power supply and pull out the plug, to cut off the electricity supply.
Allow to cool then open the drain valve to drain the water from "thermos tank"
The "thermos tank" should be cleaned and dried with cotton cloth for using again. Do not clean
when it is hot (high temperature! Do not touch the "thermos tank" directly.)
4. Routine inspection
WARNING
The routine inspection must be carried out day by
day.
The routine inspection can avoid accidents.
1) Check wiring, plug socket control panel for signs of
distress
2) Check to ensure no object is touching the sides or
rear of the unit which may be damaged by heat
3) Check for water leakage / peculiar smells when
being used
STOP USE IF ANY DEFECTS ARE FOUND AND
DISCONNECT FROM THE POWER SUPPLY

the wiring, stop use and consult an authorized service technician to carry out repairs.

7 Installation instruction
7.1 The points for instruction before installation
The place should be smooth and steady. Avoid the fall and leak of gas.
Do not store or use any flammable vapors or liquids in vicinity of "bain maries".
The limit for ambient temperature : From 0℃to35℃.
Ambient humidity: 80% max.
Check the accessories of "bain maries" whether they are completed.
Check the cabinet and cable for any signs of damage.

7.2 Connected the electricity supply


Connect the unit to a fixed socket outlet appropriate for its use. The socket should be protected
for earth leakage by the use of an RCD protected socket outlet. DO NOT USE EXTENSION
LEADS.

Caution:

1) Do not plug with wet hands in order to avoid getting electric shock.
2) Do not plug into a socket where several other appliances are plugged in.
3) Do not use if the power cord is damaged or the plug does not fit the socket safely.
4) Do not place on unstable surfaces.
5) Use the unit with sufficient space around it. Keep the front side and either right or left side of
the unit clear.
6) Do not use the unit on carpet or tablecloth (vinyl) or any other low-heat-resistant article.

Disposal

commercial equipment but may be able to offer advice on how to
dispose of the equipment locally.

The cardboard may be used as scrap paper. The protective foil and the foam
cushions are CFC-free.
Do not allow children to play with the packaging and destroy plastic bags safely.
