Missing Time Entry

Logs? What to do?

Here’s how:
1. Check your attendance weekly on the Employee
HRIS Portal.

2. Check if there are missing time-in and time-out in


your time entry logs.

3. If the employee is not on leave nor on OB on a day


that appeared absent in HRIS, fill-out the Manual Time
Entry Log excel file.

4. On the time entry log excel file, fill-out the information


needed. Employee name (column B) and Time Logs Type
FOR EXAMPLE (column D) are already set with dropdown list for your
convenience. Kindly refer to the Security Guard’s logbook
to know your time-in and out.

5. After filling out, save the excel file and send it to


[email protected] but before sending, make sure
that the data inputted are checked and duly noted by the
Immediate Head (as stated in the Disclosure in the lower
part of excel).

-WHO WILL SEND? BM/TL
- SENDING OF MANUAL TIME LOGS SHOULD BE BY
BRANCH EVERY TUESDAY. ALL TIME LOG EXCEL
SHEET ONCE SENT BY THE BM/TL IS CONSIDERED
OFFICIAL. HENCE WILL BE TAKEN UP ACCORDINGLY
IN THE SYSTEM. ANY MISREPRESENTATION WILL BE
DEALT WITH UNDER THE BANK’S DISCIPLINE POLICY

Below are some of the reasons for missing time entry logs:

1. Failure to successfully log time-in and/or out in biometrics.


2. There is an error on the atlog file generated from biometrics
3. Defective biometrics
