Introduction

In this fast-changing world, technologies are playing an important role we are living in a computer
age where all the industry functions with computer system, not an exception for our education
system. A computer system combined with peripheral equipment and software so that it can
perform desired functions. A computer system is a collection of interconnected devices that input,
output, process, and store data and information. At the moment, computer networks are based on
at least one digital processing unit. Our works will be made simpler by using a computer system.

They can be used for communications, entertainment, data storage and calculation, and the
formation of large documents too. There are several types of systems can be formed to make our
work easier in life. For example, management information system which includes storing data and
entering information. Another example system is used to regulate calculation. For an example, a
teacher can use a total up the marks for a maths test by section by section. She also can keen in the
information in a system to store the data to enable her parents to view them. Each system is making
her life easy but for now let's see about a information system to enable parents to view the progress
report of their kids

Traditional method is hard as needs papers, inks, box, and lots of energy and time to store them.
Teachers also need keep on filling the same option for all the students for an example gender, year
and others. Duplicating the information limits their work target to achieve in certain amount of time.
So, what is the solution, let’s figure out
System Need

This system was innate to help the school to reduce their work on documenting and reporting the
students’ data frequently. Schools are constantly dealing with large amounts of student details.
Every day teachers and administrators must work with hundreds of pieces of student data. Dealing
with large amounts of data will lead to confusion, which can have an impact on the academic
standards of the school. Bulk data collection can become simple and painless with the
implementation of a school management system. This, in particular, raises the academic level of the
school. The school management system would keep students, parents, and teachers engaged at all
times, ensuring student safety.

System Requirement

The system provides teachers to key in information into the system by clicking staff log in and
entering their Id number and password, every teacher has to use two factor authentication. Meaning
the system will sent out four-digit unique codes which will expire in certain amount of time. It is to
ensure no one else can alter the system other than the permitted authority. Teachers can update
their students details for example students’ performance in class, their marks, their personal details
and etc. Parents also can log into the system by clicking the student login and entering student’s
matrix number and identification number, after logging into the system the parents can view their
child’s information. Parents are able to communicate with teachers by clicking the comment box.
Parent-teacher contact can encourage regular and effective communication and interaction with
parents and students.
System value

This system will reduce the usage of paper in the organization. All the data no more need to written
or filed into papers. Staffs only need to key in the information into the systems. During this
pandemic situation, gathering in school will be a vulnerability for covid spread. By implanting this
system parents don’t need to visit the school frequently. Parents could get all their information they
need through the web based applications
