    MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

    Accused, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable


    Court, most respectfully state that:

    1. The accused has been charged of Violation of Section 10 (a) of RA


    7610;

    2. A warrant of arrest was issued against the accused fixing the bail
    for her provisional liberty at Php 80, 000.00 as indicated in the 25 July 2019
    order of this Honorable Court;

    3. Accused desires to post bail but due to financial constraints, the


    accused is unable to do so, a copy of her certificate of indigency is hereby
    attached as Annex “1”;

    4. Considering her health status is not stable due to episodes of


    elevated blood pressure; and

    5. Accused can only raise the amount of Php 20,000.00 for her bail;

    6. Accused shall appear before the court religiously and to the best of
    her abilities whenever required by the court.
    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, the accused asks for the kind


    consideration, mercy and compassion of this Honorable Court and pray the
    bail fixed at Php 80, 000.00 be reduced to Php 20,000.00.

    Other just and equitable remedies are likewise prayed for.
