PRESENTING THE MENU

Waiter: Excuse me, Ma'am. My name is Pam and I will be your food server for today and here is our
menu. (note: right side)

Guest: Okay. Thank you

Waiter: Excuse me, again Ma’am. If you are ready now May I take your order?

Guest: Okay. I would like to have one Steak Burger with Cheese, relish and fries, and the Matcha Crème
Brûlée for desserts. That is all.

Pam: Would you like to try our Garlic soup… the ingredients are garlic and pork. Would you go for it,
Maam/sir?

Guest: I would love to.

Waiter: How about Carlo Rossi. It contains a 700 ml, a light red wine with a 95% of alcohol.

Guest: Yes, add that to my meal.

Waiter: Okay, Ma'am. May I repeat your order. Your orders are one Steak Burger with Cheese, relish and
fries, and one Matcha Crème Brûlée for desserts and Carlo Rossi wine as a complimentary for your
meals.

Guest: Yes, that would be all.

Waiter: Okay Ma'am, your food will be served to you momentarily.

Guest: Thank you

Waiter: Excuse me, Ma’am. (Take the menu)
