1. Good afternoon, everyone! And welcome to today’s webinar the LDM Course 2 LAC Session 5.

2. Before we go further, I’d like to go over a few items so you know how to participate in today’s event.
Now, please be reminded with our Webinar Etiquette.

If possible, wear earphones or headsets with microphone to minimize background noise.

◦ Once the webinar begins, everyone should have their microphones set on mute.

◦ You may or may not turn off your video camera while presentation is ongoing as long as your
microphone is turned off. Make sure to listen attentively.

◦ Turn on microphone only when addressed for Q&A, use the chat box to be recognized by the
moderator.

3. We would like to start our program by the singing of Philippine National Anthem, followed by a
prayer, lastly the DepEd Bulacan March that will be virtually presented by Sir Elmar S. Legazpi, Teacher
II of the Senior High School.

4. At this moment, let me introduce to you The Webinar Management Team headed by our School
Principal and also the EDDIS III Chairperson, none other than, Dr. Ceanceno M. Espiritu Jr. followed by
our Assistant School Principal II, Dr. Shineth C. Novera, Ma’am Arlene R. Legaspi Head Teacher III of
the TLE Department, Sir Elmar S. Legaspi Teacher II and the EDDIS III ICT A District Council as well
and of course yours truly as today’s webinar moderator.

5. To formally begin this LAC Session, it is now time to check if everyone is present at this moment. Let
me call on Ma’am Normita B. Arenas, Teacher II of Science Department to do the Roll Call.

6. Thank you so much Ma’am Normie with such… ___________, for conducting our roll call for this
webinar.

At this instant, it is an absolute honour to introduce to you our today’s Resource Speakers. Let us begin
and welcome with applauses from the Araling Panlipunan Department, Master Teacher I, let me call on
Ma’am Joana A. Dela Cruz.

7. Thank you very much Doc Grace M. Yumang, Master Teacher I from English Department for
imparting knowledge about Weekly Home Learning Plan. “You should plan your lesson plan very well.”
As a teacher kumbaga is it our weapon.

Now, after listening attentively to Doc Grace, let us all lend our ears once again and have virtual
applauses to our next resource speaker, Ma’am Joana A. Dela Cruz, Master Teacher I from AP
Department.

I hope everyone is still on their seats and listening, as we welcome our last but definitely not the least of
today’s resource speakers. Applauses for Ma’am Juliet S.A. Sunga, Teacher III from TLE Department.

9. Thank you very much for our Lac Session 5 Resource Speakers. We will go ahead and take some time
for our questions as we move to our Open Forum.
