be cancelled, even after appearing in the examination or even after selection for the said Post in addition to any other action

   Admit card to be handed over to the Test Administrator/Invigilator in the examination hall along with self-attested
photocopy of photo identity proof. You should put your left thumb impression and signature on the declaration provided on
the Admit card in the presence of the Invigilator. Please ensure reading the Instructions provided overleaf and put your
signature.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES APPEARING IN
COMPUTER BASED EXAMINATION
1. Please bring the downloaded copy of Admit card which has your scanned photo. Admission to the CBT examination
center will be on production of this admitcard.
NOTE: You have to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT) at your own expense on the date, time and Venue as
indicated above.
2. Bring any one Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Nationalized Bank
Passbook with photograph/Aadhar card / Notarized Affidavit (In English) With Photo, Signature, Date Of Birth And
Residential Address. Candidate without valid Photo ID proof will not be permitted to appear for the examination. If
identity of the candidate is doubtful the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. Note : The photo
identity proof must contain the same name as it appears on the call letter. In case of any discrepancy in identity i.e.
mismatch in name, photograph and signature, the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the examination.
Candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original and self attested copy of
Gazette Notification / Marriage Certificate /Affidavit in this regard.
3. You must bring stationery (pencils, ballpoint pen) with you. Rough sheets will be provided at Examination Center.
4. You are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the Admit card. Candidate will not be
allowed to Enter Examination venue after Gate Closuretime.
5. Examination will be conducted online (CBT Mode). You must enter your User Name (your Roll No.), Pin No. (given in
Admit Card) and Password (which will be given at Exam Center) to login 5 mins before the Exam Start time to read the
Assessment related instructions. Please ensure that your Name and other details which will subsequently appear on
the screen are correct.
. Use of books, notebooks, calculators/logarithmic table, data storage device, camera, bags, watch calculators, pagers,
cell phones and ring with built in calculator/memory, digital diary, any Bluetooth device etc. or any other electronic
gadgets or recording devices are not permitted in examination area. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means
(including sharing stationery) or malpractice or any misconduct during the examination, including giving/receiving help
to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant in the examination. Any
request for change of Test center /venue will not be entertained.
7. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till full examination time is over.
. Wearing of Face Masks is mandatory inside the examination center. Without the face mask, candidate will not be
allowed to appear for examination.
9. All the precautions related to Covid-19 must be taken at the exam centers by the candidates.

ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19


1. Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safety precautions and for maintaining required standard of hygiene
are getting implemented at the centers.
2. Gap between 2 seats will be maintained as per GOI guidelines.
3. Hand Sanitizer will be available at entry and inside the exam venue at various places for candidates and centre staff to
use.
4. It is ensured that all the processes are touch free, to the maximum possible extent, to ensure Social Distancing norms.
5. Candidate should fill Admit Card and Undertaking as per instructions completely and properly.
. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue
a. Personal transparent water bottle
b. Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
c. A simple transparent pen
d. Exam related documents (Admit Card, ID card, Photograph etc).
7. Candidates need to maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other at all the time. Follow the instructions provided
by centre staff.
. Candidate will be offered a fresh 3 Ply mask before entry.
9. Do not bring prohibited items to exam centre as there are no arrangements available for safe keeping your belongings.
10. At time of entry, the filled in Undertaking on Admit Card, and body temperature (using Thermo Guns) will be checked.
Candidates are required to strictly adhere to instructions provided by centre staff.
11. Please observe that no-one will be denied permission to appear for examination, until he/ she violates the COVID-19
directives/advisories of Government (Central/State) applicable on the day of exam and instructions mentioned in the
Admit Card.
