of School Year (BOSY) 2020-2021 is now open for encoding for all public and
private schools including the Alternative Learning System (ALS).

2.1 Deployment of the BOSY facility prior to the actual opening of classes
In support to the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), securing
advance information of enroLrnent data and acttml modalities being offered per
school will help each level of governance in preparing and adjusting to the needs of
the schools in the new normal. Further, this will help in planning and formulating
solutions to any potential implementation issues.
The DOOE is the date when the teacher confirmed (i.e., through phone call, etc.)
the learner's enrolment with the parent/guardian or the adult learner after the initial
enrolment through LESF submission.
2.3 Transfer of learner to another school after the date of official enrollment was
encoded.
The existing transfer facility will handle the transfer transaction. As per the usual
transfer transaction, the actual date of confirmation of transfer /enrolment is
required. The date of each transaction shall be sequential.
2.4 Generation of School Form 1, School Form 2 (attendance) and School Form 5
(promotion)
2.5 Dashboard for monitoring of Enrolment with Modality will become available
soon.
2.7 Please be advised that the following enhancements/facilities are now available:
• Date ofOffi:cialEnr:olment(Previ0usly Date ofFirst Attendance)
• Description ofDate of Official Enrolment
• Tagging of Country of Citizenship (located on Leamer's Profile upon
enrolment)
• Tagging of Actual Modality (located on Leamer's Profile upon enrolment)
·• Taggirrg·ofConditional·Cash. Transfer. (4Ps) for Private Schools
• Inclusion of Actual Modality in School Form 1 (SF1)
5. Compliance of schools will be monitored through the Division LIS Dashboard in real
time.
6. Should there be glitches along the way, please consult the Division Planning Service
Team or channel it through the TCT Officers in your school or district.

mga modality?
A: Kung nakausap at nag-confirm ang parent na hjndi na itutuloy ng anak ang mag-aral, huwag i-
enrol sa BOSY.
Q6: Paano kung nai-tag dati at biglang umayaw o bigla mag-transfer ang bata, ano ang gagawin?
NOTE:
Para sa mga mas maagang nagsimula ng klase, pansining ang tinatanggap ng system na DOOE ay
magsisimula sa naka-set na date of opening.
