    private schools including the Alternative Learning System (ALS).

    2.1 Deployment of the BOSY facility prior to the actual opening of classes
    In support to the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), securing
    advance information of enroLrnent data and acttml modalities being offered per
    school will help each level of governance in preparing and adjusting to the needs of
    the schools in the new normal. Further, this will help in planning and formulating
    solutions to any potential implementation issues.

    2.2 Date of Official Enrollment (DOOE)


    Since the BOSY Facility was deployed ahead of the opening of classes, the Date of
    First Attendance (DOFA) will no longer be needed. Instead, this will be replaced
    by the Date of Official Enrollment (DOOE).

    The DOOE is the date when the teacher confirmed (i.e., through phone call, etc.)
    the learner's enrolment with the parent/guardian or the adult learner after the initial
    enrolment through LESF submission.

    Learners who submitted the L.ESF but later decided to (i) enroll in another
    school or (2) will no longer enroll in the coming school year will not be
    enrolled through the LIS BOSY facility.

    2.3 Transfer of learner to another school after the date of official enrollment was
    encoded.
    The existing transfer facility will handle the transfer transaction. As per the usual
    transfer transaction, the actual date of confirmation of transfer /enrolment is
    required. The date of each transaction shall be sequential.

    2.4 Generation of School Form 1, School Form 2 (attendance) and School Form 5
    (promotion)

    • Adjusted SF 1 is now available for download.


    • Adjusted SF 2 will be available for download beginning October 5, 2020
    tentatively.
    • Adjusted SF 5 tbr Kinder to Grade 10 will be available during End of School
    Year (EOSY).
    • Adjusted SF 5 for SHS will be available in December 2020.

    2.5 Dashboard for monitoring of Enrolment with Modality will become available
    soon.

    2.6 Additional data/information will be collected such as:


    a. Iviodaiity (already available)
    b. Country of Citizenship (already available)

    2.7 Please be advised that the following enhancements/facilities are now available:

    3. Earlier to this, the following facilities were also made available.


    3.1 Prospective Move-In report based on LIS-LESF tagging. This report is only
    available ·at schoo11evel·under LESF Dashboatd.
    3.2 BOSY School Profile Updating facility is available in EBEIS as of August 25,
    2020.

    4. The program of action for this BOSY Encoding includes:

    there are no edits once saved and to avoid delays in encoding.
    4.2 Confirming the enrolment of learners through calls or messaging.
    4.3 Creating class/section and assigning of advisers by using the LIS System
    Admin or School Head accounts. ALS EPS can now also assign facilitators.

    5. Compliance of schools will be monitored through the Division LIS Dashboard in real
    time.

    6. Should there be glitches along the way, please consult the Division Planning Service
    Team or channel it through the TCT Officers in your school or district.

    7. Attached to this memorandum is the Quick Guide and Frequently Asked Questions
    (FAQs).

    A: Si learner or parent. Taga-record lang po si teacher.

    Q2: Nai-tag siya sa isang school, pero nagbago ang isip at hindi na doon mag-aaral. Saan
    ipapasok na school?
    A: Sa latest na school kung saan niya pin iii, kung saan siya nag-confirm na mag-aral. Doon maitatala
    ang kanyang DOOE.

    Q3: Pwede ba na magkakaiba ang DOOE ng bawat bata?


    A: Opo. Ito ay dahil nasa magulang or guardian ang pagdecide o pag-confirm.

    Q4: Paano kung ang private school ay nag-open noong August, ano ang DOOE?
