Font : Times New Roman ( Bold face)
Size : 16 point
Alignment : Right Alignment
One thick line ( 2¼ point weight) after the name of chapter.
5. Headings
First Order Heading : ( for example – 1. INTRODUCTION)
Font : Times New Roman (Bold Face)
Size : 14 point
One blank line before the heading. (12 points)

Second Order Heading : (for example – 1.1. EVOLUTION)


Font : Times New Roman ( Bold Face)
Size : 13 point
One blank line before the heading. (12 points)

Third Order Heading : ( for example – 1.1.1. Image Processing)


Font : Times New Roman ( Bold Face)
Size : 12 point
One blank line before the heading. (12 points)

Line Indent : First line of every paragraph should be indented

Note :

 Number of pages: 50-60

 There should be two hard copies of report.

 The font size: 12 normal, Times New Roman

 Line spacing: 1.5

 Single sided report

 Highlight: Bold and underline font 12

 No colors in report except colored figures.

 Hard Binded report: Light blue with font color: Black

 The front page of all reports should be identical as given in format.

 One copy of the report must be submitted to the college (for Departmental Library).

 Every student may have his or her own additional copy.

 Report must be written in English language.

 Acknowledgement should be signed by the student.

 Any Programming (Microcontroller) or any other language codes should be included


in Appendices/ Annexure only.

 No soft copy of any report will be entertained for checking purpose.

 All the pages of the report should be numbered properly.

 Figures should have caption written below them.

1. Last date for submission of rough draft report (1 Hard Copy) to the
coordinator by the individual student --------10/3/2011,Thursday

2. Last date of obtaining the corrected draft report form the coordinator by the
respective student----24/3/2011,Thursday

3. Last date for submission of the Final reports (All copies hard bounded) to
