Operations Management, According to Dhoul (2019), is chiefly concerned with planning,
organizing and supervising in the contexts of production, manufacturing or the provision of
services. And just like any other entities out there, a school also manages what it operates.

Typically, a school has an organizational chart just like any other businesses. The figure
above shows the Don Honorio Ventura State University Organizational Chart. Precisely, it states
the universities internal structure by relating the roles, relationships between individuals within
the University. Moreover, it settles the hierarchical structure of an organization: it starts with a
higher level and branches downward to subordinate levels. Particularly, each of them has their
own responsibilities. Like, for example, in terms of operations, the people in charge in this
manages the creation of goods or services (Financial Times, 2013). As for Financing, they are
responsible for monitoring the cash flows, managing monthly reporting and budgeting, and etc.
